I sculpted this piece for the sheer joy of making a feline with antropomorphic features and decorative "tattoo" pattern symbolizing the practice of ritual face painting of African tribes.
The piece is hollow inside and intended to be used as a decorative wall lantern. This is mask before the application of decorative surface treatment.
